top issues that came up from the research:
For a good engagement, the videos need to be valueable and the proccess to upload post and the buying proccess need to be easy and short.
As part of the onboarding process, it is important to show the user the special features of the application, what value the application will give us, how to use the features correctly, and what information I would like to know about the user at the very beginning.

Parents of small children/toddlers use second-hand products for their children because it is used for a very short period of time and therefore most of the products are in good condition. In addition, children's and baby products in stores are sold at too high prices and since the use of these products is for a short time, these expenses are too heavy for the young parents.
